Cadillac will present five new models in 2011
President GM Frits Henderson has confirmed that Cadillac develops five new models for 2011 modelling years, including a sports sedan which becomes competitor BMW 3-Series and Audi A4 in a segment, more low than CTS. The company has declared that the new sedan will be offered with hi-tech engines, rear and, optionallyо, an all wheel drive.
Besides a new sedan of initial level and already presented compact crossover SRX and CTS Sport Wagon, under Henderson's statement, the company will present the serial version concept CTS Coupe which will be offered with the same 556-strong 6.2-litre 8-cylinder turbo engine, as sedan CTS-V. Besides, Cadillac plans replacement for flagman models - rear-wheel STS and front-wheel DTS which will divide a platform with Buick LaCrosse and will be offered with an all wheel drive. Unfortunately, to the detailed information on this model it was not informed.
